FUNDAMENTALS TESTING AT TEST CENTERS STARTS BACK UP JUNE 1


To all FLS, FES and FUSE Test Center Champions and Proctors, Starting June 1st, SAGES will allow all test centers to resume fundamentals testing. Test centers that are ready to offer testing must be able to accommodate both internal and external test candidates. Updated April 29, 2020:  SAGES has made the decision to extend FLS, FES, and FUSE Test Center closures through May 31st, 2020. All exams scheduled during this time have been cancelled. Some test centers have already chosen to remain closed beyond May 31st. COVID-19 UPDATE: FLS, FES and FUSE Test Takers


SAGES has made the decision to temporarily close all FLS, FES and FUSE test centers amid growing concerns over COVID-19. This decision was made after thoughtful discussion with the American Board of Surgery (ABS) and American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).  The closure will be effective starting Friday, March 27 and continue through Thursday, April 30, 2020. Amid growing concerns over COVID-19, many FLS, FES, and FUSE Test Centers are temporarily closing and cancelling upcoming exam appointments.
